Suggested Use: 10 years and over: 1-3 capsules 30min before each meal with a glass of water. One (1) capsule for general liver support, two (2) capsules for more than normal support, and three (3) capsules for maximum support for serious health issues. Children 4-10 years: Begin with one (1) capsule per day for 5 days. Progress to one (1) in the AM and one (1) in the PM for the next week. Then advance to a maximum of two (2) in the AM and two (2) in the PM.
